Harvest Landing — 358-acre retail, FedEx & housing
The Perris City Council is considering the Harvest Landing Project, which would convert 358 acres near Interstate 215 into a 300,000-sq-ft FedEx distribution hub plus a large retail plaza (Hobby Lobby, Marshalls, Petco, Sam's Club, Sprouts letters of intent), 600 housing units, a 16.5-acre sports complex, and $90 million in citywide infrastructure improvements.
“I'm not up here offering false promises... These are real letters of intent, and they're waiting on your action this evening.”
Why it matters: A 358-acre mixed retail, logistics, and housing project with $90M in infrastructure spending is one of the largest near-term growth drivers in Perris — new commercial rooftops and 600 new homes that will all need power.
